Two Very Easy and Healthy Breakfast recipes!

We understand that in the morning you do not want to be in the kitchen for a long time, but you would like to start with a nice and healthy breakfast in the morning. We have specially for you two easy and healthy breakfast recipes for a good start to the day! These recipes are so delicious that you could even surprise your partner on Sunday morning with it!
 
You may have heard of these recipes or variations of it already, but we kept it as easy and healthy as possible for you. It is even possible to make both dishes the night before. What else do you want?

If you count it all together, you could now eat awesome and healthy food for 2 whole days, without too much effort, from early morning till evening. WIN!


Bron: Bodyweight Workouts

Bodyweight Workouts banana pancakes:

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: + - 10 minutes
Portions: 2
Kcal: + - 400kcal
 
Ingredients:

  • 2 large or 3 small bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • (Optional for garnish a cup of lean curd and 3-4 strawberries) 

Instructions (super easy):

1. Chop and push the bananas. (or even easier mix them in a mixer)
2. Mix the bananas with the eggs.
3. Put a pan (preferably with a good anti coat layer) on medium heat and pour a spoon of oil or a small piece of butter in it.
4. Put the mixture in the pan and bake the pancakes on both sides.
5. Done! Tip: As a garnish you can add a spoon of lean curd, cinnamon, some strawberries and some of the remaining bananas.

Bodyweight Workouts Healthy Drinking Breakfast:

 
Preparation: 5 minutes
Portions: 2
Kcal: + - 320kcal
Requirements: Blender
 
Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 200ml lean-yogurt
  • 75 grams of oatmeal
  • (optional: walnuts 50gr)

 
Instructions:
1. Peel the orange and the banana.
2. Put the orange, banana and the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend it and you're done!
4. You can eat it right now, or drink of course! Or put it in the fridge with a little lemon juice for a deeper taste!
