Bodyweight Workouts stuffed bell pepper with lean minced meat and garden weeds:

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking time: + - 45 minutes
Portions: 4
Kcal: + - 400
  • 6 bell peppers, halved
  • 1ts sunflower oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic garlic
  • 50gr sunflower seeds
  • 350gr lean minced beef
  • 1ts baharat
  • 250gr garden weeds (or peatweed)
  • 20gr parsley

1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists, but leave the stems. (for a nice look)
2. Lay the peppers side by side with the cutting edge upside down on a baking tray-coated baking sheet or in an oven dish. Bake about 10 to 15 minutes in the oven.
3. Slice the onion and cut or squeeze the garlic.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fruit the onion, garlic and sunflower seeds 3 min. Add the baharat and bake for 1 min.
5. Add the minced meat, pepper and salt and bake for 5 min.
6. Pick the leaves of the parsley, hold a few as a garnish and cut the rest fine.
7. Mix the parsley with the garden weeds through the minced meat and fill the peppers with it. (you can also add grated cheese for more taste, please note: this is less healthy!)
8. Place the peppers in the oven for about 10 minutes.
9. Garnish with the parsley.
Good luck with preparing and enjoy these healthy recipes!
