Bodyweight Workouts offers a large variety of workouts plans. All single workouts and weekly workout plans are crafted to provide the best guidelines for our users. We aim on making it possible for everyone to start working out without going to the gym. It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner, an intermediate or an advanced athlete. Everyone should have the guidelines they prefer to be able to workout on a regular basis FOR FREE.

How we work

Bodyweight Workouts works with gymnastics, calisthenics and cross-fit experts, with years of experience and practice to create workout plans at the best quality possible. Our experts provide the guidelines and exercises which Bodyweight Workouts then turns into bodyweight training plans to get to the right results. We thank the quality and success of our workout plans to these athletes.
