Bodyweight Workouts offers a large variety of free bodyweight workout plans purely focused on training with your own bodyweight or maybe better known as calisthenics. You don't even have to go to the gym any more. All bodyweight exercises can be done either at home or outside!

We work to provide as many free workout plans as possible for everyone. Which means workout plans for every type of person. It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner, an intermediate or an advanced athlete. You can also choose to workout 3 or 5 times a week. It all depends on your goals and interests.

Our 12 weeks bodyweight workout plans are set up as followed:

For 3 months, every day of the week, you will know what kind of workout and what bodyweight exercises you will need to do. Basically all guidelines are given for a healthy and fit body! The only thing you need to do is enter your information, download it and follow the training schedule. We guarantee you will see improvements along the way!

The number of sets, repetitions and the length of recommended rest is given for every exercise. 

If you're not sure how to perform an exercise given in the workout plan, you can easily go to our YouTube channel to watch short (15-20 second) videos where we show you how to correctly execute all exercises.
