Before you can download your training schedule, we first have to filter between men or women. As we know there is a difference in strength per gender, hence Bodyweight Workouts has created bodyweight training schedules for men and bodyweight training plans for women. So choose your gender here and after that you can choose your training goal! After you've chosen your gender and training goal you can download the correct (free) training plan and start training.
